From new leadership roles, to managing a team for the first time through to personal growth and confidence building, I work with people to create positive, lasting change in how they manage themselves, their teams and clients.

Strong, challenging and long lasting relationships are at the heart of every business but getting it right is not always easy. I run facilitated workshops to help transform the way businesses negotiate, deal with conflict, create strong team performance and grow clients.

I spent twenty years in the world of PR and communications, working as both a reputation management practitioner and a Talent Director. Having worked at Board level with FTSE 100 clients I understand the commercial pressures of business life and have helped many people navigate and grow in this environment.
